Tony Davis, President SUMMARY To assist and act as a liaison between the Catering Service Manager and the Catering Aides to ensure proper set-ups and cleaning of meeting space as well as maintain of equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Responsible for supervision of Catering Service Aides.
Responsible for all meeting sets on his/her shift.
Responsible for maintenance and storage of equipment.
Implement and maintain a cleaning schedule.
Interviewing, scheduling, training of associates.
Ability to respond immediately to guest request and issues.
Responsible for completing associate performance appraisal and progressive disciplining procedures.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises eight employees in Catering Service.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
