Maintenance Technician

Tony Davis, PresidentESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Perform Preventative Maintenance (P.M.) and repairs in all guestrooms.Complete a P.M. checklist on each guestroom. Checklist includes PCH room standards for furniture, doors and windows, bathroom fixtures, walls and ceilings, electrical and mechanical items.Daily, accomplish P.M. checklist in a minimum of ten rooms per day.Rotate room schedules to provide P.M. on each guestroom four times a year (quarterly).Coordinate with Front of the House Supervisor on guestrooms needing additional repairs and issues that require engineering assistance.Must follow daily room schedule, as well as correct pin pointed issues and provide acceptable VIP room accommodations.OurBenefits Include:
