Keep walkways clean, clear, and safe for visitors.
Safely operate hand or power mowers with precision, mowing turf areas at the designated height while exercising caution to protect the turf, shrubs, and brickwork from damage.
Expertly connect hoses and sprinkler systems as directed, effectively irrigating turf, shrub beds, and flower beds to promote healthy growth and vibrant appearance.
Diligently apply chemicals, including fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides, in prescribed amounts and according to safety protocols, fostering optimal plant health and controlling pests or diseases.
Prepare designated landscape areas for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, meticulously executing soil preparation, planting, and mulching to ensure optimal growth and aesthetics.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
