Job Description
Prepares allevent documentation and coordinates with sales, hotel departments, and customerto ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and postevent phases of hotel events. Ensuresall hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service back tosales. Recognizes opportunities tomaximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements tocreate outstanding events.

Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation,and banquet and event service operations
Ability to manage guest room and meeting spaceinventories
Broad understanding of facility management(sanitation, maintenance, operations)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
